Drawback to Wireless/WiFi VoIP

The initial cost for a wireless/WiFi VoIP is high because a WiFi-capable phone is quite expensive.  It may costs as much as a mid-range to high-end cell phone, Also, there are not many choices to choose from currently. However, there should be more options later as the technology improves and also lower price. Despite the huge costs and limited choices of  wireless/WiFi VoIP equipment, it could still be a good investment as you would be able to save money in the long run.
